Job summary

Aeron Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Pune develops inertial navigation and IIoT hardware solutions for aerospace and defense customers. The role focuses on high-speed VLSI/SBC/analog/digital circuit design, PCB schematics, and hardware qualification.

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/ET&C/Instrumentation is required. The candidate will work with in-house and external labs, review designs, and support bring-up and debugging for CE/IEC/MIL test standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMC design techniques and signal integrity.
• Experience with hi-speed processor board/SBC design and timing issues.
• 3+ years hands-on hardware development, debugging and problem solving.
• Able to engage with in-house or third-party labs for product qualification per test standards (CE/IEC/MIL 461E).
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/ET&C/Instrumentation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed analog/digital/RF circuit blocks per design rules.
• Create product/board schematics and related hardware design documents.
• Lead or support board bring-up and resolve hardware issues.
• Review PCB layouts, BOM, and other hardware documents.
• Coordinate with labs for product qualification as per test standards.
