About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Engineer with a strong background in designing and developing complex electromechanical products—from concept through production. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in hardware design, PCB development, EMI/EMC considerations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality electronic systems for automotive and embedded applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardware design and development for complex electromechanical products across the full product lifecycle.
- Work on diverse hardware domains including power electronics, high‑speed PCB layouts, FPGAs, processors, memory interfaces, and motor control systems.
- Perform schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Identify and resolve EMI/EMC issues, signal integrity challenges, and system-level hardware concerns.
- Select and integrate microcontrollers, programmable logic devices, and peripheral circuitry such as signal conditioning and power supply modules.
- Design PCBs specifically for Automotive Industry applications while ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Create and maintain PCB footprints, schematic symbols, and library components within CAD/PLM systems.
- Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams to ensure optimal product design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (or related discipline) from a reputed institute.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, PCB development, and system-level hardware engineering.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, high‑speed digital design, processors, FPGAs, and memory interfaces.
- Proficiency with hardware CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Solid understanding of EMI/EMC standards, debugging techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with microcontroller architectures, board-level power design, and signal conditioning.
