in Talegaon, Pune, is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive end-to-end plant operations for high-reliability electronics products, covering SMT, PCB assembly, product assembly, testing and dispatch. You will establish and maintain robust manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with AS9100D/IATF 16949 and IPC standards, drive cost optimization, manage budgeting and ROI, lead cross-functional teams across production, quality, supply chain and maintenance, and

Qualifications

12–20+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
5–10+ years in plant operations or manufacturing leadership roles.
Hands-on experience in SMT operations, electronics testing, and product assembly.
Experience in high-reliability industries (aerospace, defence, automotive).
Experience implementing or managing AS9100D or IATF 16949 quality systems.
Demonstrated experience managing plant performance, efficiency, and ROI.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end plant operations covering SMT, PCB assembly, product assembly, testing, and dispatch for high-reliability electronics products.
Ensure delivery of products meeting quality, reliability, cost, and schedule targets.
Establish and maintain robust manufacturing processes for SMT operations, including stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow, inspection, and rework.
Oversee testing and validation activities, including ICT, functional testing, burn-in, environmental and reliability testing.
Ensure compliance with AS9100D / IATF 16949, IPC standards, ESD controls, and regulatory/customer requirements.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Manage plant budgeting, capital expenditure, and ROI for equipment and infrastructure.
Lead supply chain management for electronic components, including sourcing, vendor development, inventory optimization, and obsolescence management.
Implement strong quality, traceability, and configuration management systems.
Build and lead cross-functional teams across production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience:

Bachelor’s degreein Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline
12–20+ yearsof experience in electronics manufacturing
5–10+ yearsin plant operations or manufacturing leadership roles
Hands-on experience inSMT operations, electronics testing, and product assembly
Experience working inhigh-reliability industriessuch as:
Aerospace
Defence
Automotive
Experience implementing or managingAS9100D or IATF 16949 quality systems

Technical Skills
