This role requires strong GST/TDS knowledge, leadership, and the ability to guide strategic financial decisions while ensuring statutory compliance.

The incumbent will supervise payroll, audits, and internal controls, liaise with auditors and banking partners, and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA/MBA Finance/M.Com preferred.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall finance and accounts operations of the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise payroll processing and vendor payment management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Head to manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall finance and accounts operations of the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and audits.
