Job summary

Creamy Foods is seeking an experienced Accounts Head in India to oversee the company’s accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance functions. The role focuses on maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring statutory compliance.

You will lead the accounts and finance team, manage cash flow and working capital, and coordinate audits with internal and external stakeholders. FMCG experience and ERP proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of FMCG business operations and inventory accounting.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head to oversee the company accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review budgets, financial statements, and MIS reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business decisions through financial analysis.
• Lead and guide the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
