Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive – Finance in Mumbai to manage day-to-day finance operations with a focus on invoicing, reconciliations, MIS, compliance, and reporting.

You will handle high-volume invoicing during month-end and ensure accuracy across GST, TDS, PF and other statutory obligations. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a Commerce/Accounting degree (CA Inter preferred), and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting or related field.
• CA Inter or related qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years in invoicing, billing, AR, or finance operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end invoicing and billing process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle high-volume invoicing, especially during month-end.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in finance and invoicing processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

CTC: Up to ₹5.5–6 LPA CTC

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and month-end pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Banking experience will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, resilient, and willing to take ownership and initiative.
