Job summary

RDP Technologies Limited, a leading Make-in-India IT hardware OEM, is seeking a Sr. Finance Executive to own day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, GeM finance workflows, and management reporting from our Hyderabad facility.

You will handle end-to-end accounting in Odoo 12, ensure GST and TDS filings, manage receivables and payables, and support audits and strategic finance documentation. The role reports to the Finance Manager / CFO and offers an opportunity to contribute to multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in core accounting and finance.
• Hands-on with Odoo, Tally, or any modern ERP; Odoo 12 experience is a strong plus.
• Strong GST and TDS knowledge: returns, reconciliations, notices handling.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, data cleaning).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting in Odoo 12 ERP — vendor bills, customer invoices, journal entries, bank reconciliations.
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS filings, e-invoice and e-way bill compliance.
• Receivables management across GeM, corporate, and channel partner accounts — payments, ageing, collections.
• Payables — vendor reconciliations, payment scheduling, statutory dues.
• Monthly closing — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, MIS reports for leadership.
• Liaison with internal and statutory auditors and tax consultants.
• Support GeM bid financial documentation — turnover certificates, net worth, financial ratios.

As we scale revenue across our 4 business verticals (GeM, Corporate, AI Compute, Data Center and AI Infrastructure), we are strengthening the finance function and looking for a Sr. Finance Executive to own day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, GeM finance workflows, and management reporting.

What you'll own

• End-to-end accounting in Odoo 12 ERP — vendor bills, customer invoices, journal entries, bank reconciliations
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS deduction and filings, e-invoice and e-way bill compliance
• Receivables management across GeM, corporate, and channel partner accounts — payment follow-up, ageing reports, collections coordination
• Payables — vendor reconciliations, payment scheduling, statutory dues
• Monthly closing — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, MIS reports for leadership
• Liaison with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and tax consultants
• Support GeM bid financial documentation — turnover certificates, net worth, financial ratios

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in core accounting and finance (3–4 years range)
• Hands-on with Odoo, Tally, or any modern accounting ERP — Odoo 12 experience is a strong plus
• Strong GST and TDS working knowledge — returns, reconciliations, handling notices
• Excel power user — vlookup, pivots, cleaning messy data
• Experience in manufacturing / IT hardware / B2B is a strong plus
• Discipline with month-end closing timelines and audit-ready documentation
