Zentiva seeks a Senior Executive - Supply Chain to manage data-driven planning and coordination at the Ankleshwar site. The role focuses on inventory optimization, supplier performance assessment, and cost‑control across pharma supply chains.

The incumbent will analyze forecasting data, manage distribution networks, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and company ethics.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in supply chain
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with SAP and logistics coordination
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze data on inventory, demand, supplier performance, transport costs, and production efficiency.
• Optimize inventory to balance availability with carrying costs and implement controls to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify supply disruptions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Analyze distribution networks for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain costs and report variances; take corrective actions.
• Identify risks (disruptions, quality, geopolitical) and develop contingencies.
• Generate reports and dashboards communicating performance to stakeholders

Job Description and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the supply chain, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance, transportation costs, and production efficiency.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance the need for product availability with the cost of carrying excess inventory. Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify potential sources of supply chain disruptions.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Analyze distribution networks for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and report on cost variances and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify and assess risks in the supply chain, such as supplydisruptions, quality issues, or geopolitical factors, and develop contingency plans.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate supply chain performance metrics to relevant stakeholders
