Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking a proactive Textile Sales Operations professional in Kolkata to manage sampling, order coordination and customer updates.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely color standards, approvals and information flow. The candidate should have 3–4 years of garment/export sales experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in textiles and related field.
• 3–4 years in garment/export sales or similar target-driven roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle sampling requirements and update customers at each stage.
• Ensure all order information (samples, color standards, approvals) is received on time.
• Coordinate RFQ, samples, and order-related activities with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sourcing, sampling, quality, finance and logistics for business conversion.
• Support sales operations and contribute to account management and MIS reporting.

Description:

• Working on sampling requirements - Outstanding sampling position
  update to customers at every stage.
  
• Ensure order related all information – approved samples, color
  standards are received on time, shade and quality approvals are
  received on time.
  
• Ensure timely reporting of prospects feedback / complaint with
  required information to concerned department.
  
• Communicate and co-ordinate with customer on RFQ, samples and
  order related work
  
• Co-ordinating with other departments for sourcing/ RFQ/ sampling/
  quality/ finance/ logistics related work that helps in business
  conversion and account management
  
• Assist the team members on sales operations for business
  conversion and account management
  
• Data Management / Maintain MIS for efficient reporting
  
• Proactive and speed in work assigned by Senior team member and
  Manager
  
• Assign tasks and lead Junior team members
  
• Understanding overall organization sales target and work with team
  to achieve the same

Qualifications:

• Textile Graduate/Diploma from Textile/ NIFT/equivalent/other reputed
  institute
  
• 3-4 years of experience in sales of garments/apparel exports industry in
  similar target-oriented capacity/relevant role
  
• Must possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal)
  
• In depth knowledge of the textile and garment industry
  
• Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, word, PowerPoints
