Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Handle the processes of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Liaise between departments and clients to provide services meeting needs, cost, and time constraints.
• Aim to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports digitally.
• Inform clients about product updates or launches.
• Coordinate with reporting manager for sales closure.
