Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand eyewear requirements

• Support customers in choosing products based on prescription, comfort, lifestyle and budget
• Convert customer enquiries and store visits into sales
• Maintain knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings and other optical products
• Coordinate with optometrists and internal teams for prescriptions and customer orders
• Manage billing, order documentation and basic store records
• Follow up with customers for order delivery and after-sales support
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals
• Support achievement of monthly store sales targets

Optorra, a growing multi-store optical brand, is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Sr. Executive - Optical Store for its Gandhinagar location.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in optical retail, eyewear, healthcare sales, pharmacy, wellness or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and related optical products.
• Support customers in choosing products based on prescription, comfort, lifestyle and budget.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in optical stores / eyewear retail will be strongly preferred.
• Candidates from healthcare, pharmacy, diagnostics, wellness or medical retail sales may also apply.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
• Good sales, relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer, billing and POS knowledge preferred.

Compensation

16,000-21,000 per month CTC, depending on experience and suitability.

This role may involve moderate travel to partner institutions.
