Job summary

ManpowerGroup Services India is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for our Patna store. The role emphasizes greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and driving maximum sales revenue while aligning with store targets.

You will participate in promotions, cross-sell products such as frames, glasses, sunglasses, lenses and accessories, and help grow the customer base through proactive engagement and relationship building.

• Exposure to premium retail brands and front-end sales environment.

Provide information to customers regarding all products like frames, Glasses, prescription Glasses, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, lenses, accessories and all other products introduced by the company

Working any type store growth related works without hesitation

Good in sales for customers grabbing

Create new business from old and generate new customers

Build rapport & establishment long-time relationship with customers

Key Skills Required:

• Retail Experience (Should be Smart, Confident, Presentable, good in communication)
