Sr Executive – Loyalty & Rewards Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for gift cards, rewards, vouchers, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with aggregators, brands, and partners for onboarding, product listings, and operational support.
• Maintain and update gift card catalogues, pricing, inventory, and promotional offers.
• Monitor wallet balances, transactions, and redemption activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new gift card brands/stores for C2C and B2C platforms while ensuring business alignment
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations with partners and internal teams.
• Monitor chargebacks, fraud cases, and transaction-related issues while implementing corrective actions to minimize risks and losses.
• Work closely with business, finance, technology, and customer support teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure operational compliance and accuracy across all reward and gift card programs.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations, Loyalty, Rewards, Gift Cards, FinTech, E-commerce, or Partnerships.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with gift cards, rewards, loyalty programs, prepaid products, or digital commerce will be an added advantage.
