Job summary

MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd is seeking a candidate to manage major corporate group inquiries, coordinate HR and employee queries via email and phone, and support claims processing and policy adherence. You will assist customers, brokers, and HR teams, update claims in the system, and ensure timely settlement with backend teams.

The role involves tracking claims, following up on cheque dispatch and NEFT details, and maintaining daily worksheets to ensure smooth operations for corporate

Qualifications

• Preferably TPA, Hospital or Servicing background.

Responsibilities

• Handling Major Corporates Group (Single/Multiple)
• Handling queries of HR/Employee through mails & calls and resolve them
• Solving Customer /HR/Brokers queries related to claims and other issues
• Guiding customers to apply for claims and with policy T & C Register claims in system
• Grievance resolution by taking follow with operation team
• Tracking up the claims file and updating to the corporate client till the claim get settled.
• Following up for the cheque dispatch and details and NEFT details with backend
• Maintaining day to day activities on the worksheet
