Job summary

Vidal Health Insurance is seeking a Sr. Executive / Team Lead for Client Servicing for Corporate Clients in Gurgaon. You will manage and retain top corporate clients, oversee endorsements and enrollments, and coordinate with claims and pre-authorization teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship roles within a TPA/health insurance environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in a Helpdesk (TPA/Health Insurance)
• Experience with corporate client servicing is desirable
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain top corporate clients with helpdesk support as needed
• Review reports for top corporate/insurance companies and brokers
• Process cashless and claims settlements for corporate employees
• Endorsement and enrollment of members
• Oversee timely submission of MIS reports
• Coordinate with claims, pre-auth and related functions
• Manage employee benefits and endorsements
• Maintain regular interaction with the team to resolve issues

• Review of reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers.
• Cashless and claims settlement for corporate employees.

• Maintain relationship with other departments for claims, pre‑auth and related functions.
• Employee benefits and endorsement.
• Regular interaction with the team for any outstanding issues.

Experience required:

Any graduation with 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in Helpdesk from a TPA company and Health Insurance Industry.
