Job summary

Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) is seeking a qualified professional to support site accounting, RA bill processes, and procurement billing.

The role covers cost monitoring, vendor negotiations, and MIS preparation, with emphasis on SAP/ERP and MS Excel proficiency. The candidate will manage multiple tasks, maintain P&L at project level, and liaise with auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA or CMA Qualified with 4-8 years of experience with Project Site accounting.
• Candidates with SAB B1 experience will be preferred.
• Good analytical, RA/Contractor billing and accounting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Development of Systematic Site accounting procedures for all operational tasks.
• RA Bill preparation, submission & certification follow-up; site P&L; project cost monitoring; vendor/subcontractor bill verification.
• Site expenses & cash management; MIS and customer/vendor reconciliation; working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Procurement & Vendor Commercials.
• Review commercial terms of procurement contracts.
• Monitor vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Validate price variations, escalation clauses, and contract amendments.
• Support negotiations with suppliers on commercial matters.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation of Daily/ Monthly MIS.
