Job summary

JB Constructions in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage construction accounting and material billing across sites. You will supervise invoices, POs, challans, GRNs and related reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and Excel, handling GST/TDS, audits and statutory compliance. You will prepare project MIS, P&L and cost reports for management review.

Senior Accountant Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle complete construction/project accounting and site-wise accounts.
• Manage material supply billing, including invoices, PO, delivery challans, GRN/MRN and reconciliation.
• Verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, material quantities and rates.
• Handle GST, TDS, billing and statutory compliance.
• Maintain vendor/customer ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
• Monitor project expenses, material purchases and outstanding payments.
• Prepare project-wise MIS, P&L, cost reports and ageing reports.
• Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Stores, Commercial and Management teams.
• Handle audit requirements and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel is required.

Mandatory: Relevant experience in Construction Accounting and Material Supply Billing is compulsory.
