Job summary

Chembond Chemicals in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end plant/site HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, contract labour management, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance and engagement.

This role requires hands-on experience with vendor coordination, employee relations, documentation, joining and exit formalities, and presenting weekly MIS to management.

Qualifications

• Plant/site HR operations experience and knowledge.
• Strong background in manpower planning and recruitment.
• Experience with contract labour management and payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and employee relations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR MIS, with good communication.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Plant/Site HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, contract labour management, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement and exit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant/site manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding for permanent and contract employees.


• Coordinate with TeamLease, Randstad and other manpower vendors for deployment, attendance, salary, compliance and issue resolution.


• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations at the plant/site.


• Ensure proper employee documentation, induction, joining and exit formalities.


• Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs and salary-related issues.


• Conduct regular site visits, employee interactions and engagement activities.


• Prepare and present weekly HR MIS to management.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate/MBA/PG in HR/Personnel Management.


• 56 years of relevant Plant/Site HR experience.


• Candidates with domain experience in Sales, Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Projects or Industrial environments will be preferred.


• Strong experience in contract labour, manpower management, recruitment and employee relations.


• Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance and statutory compliance.


• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.


• Willing to work in a plant/site environment and travel as required.


• Male candidate preferred.
