Job Role-

• Develop and implement sales strategies for diagnostic products to meet sales targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings to promote products and represent the company
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process
• Develop and execute marketing plans for his/her territoryAchieve territorial sales budget, profit and other targets set by management
• Build and develop relationships with key opinion leading Doctor and hospitals in his/her territory
