Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, banking and working capital management, month-end closing, and statutory and cost audits. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, sound financial knowledge, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare monthly financial analysis, business performance reports, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
• Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing

• Independently manage monthly finalization of the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and management reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Ensure timely reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet schedules.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Banking & Working Capital Management

• Manage banking relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate financing terms, banking facilities, and other financial arrangements.
• Oversee working capital facilities, including cash credit, overdrafts, and other fund-based and non-fund-based limits, as applicable.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, liquidity, and working capital requirements

Audit & Statutory Compliance

• Lead and coordinate statutory audits, cost audits, and related audit assignments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely audit completion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
