Job summary

Careernet in Vadodara is seeking a Finance FP&A Manager/Sr Manager to lead the FP&A function for manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust audit support. Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and analysis on revenue, costs, margins and profitability, ROCE.
• Monitor inventory, working capital, and cash flow performance.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and automation.
• Handle Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors.
