Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring a QA Automation Engineer for its Pune-based team, focusing on Selenium automation using C#.

You will maintain and enhance automated regression suites, troubleshoot failures, and ensure high-quality releases through robust test automation practices. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA to understand requirements, expand test coverage, and drive CI/CD testing within large enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework using C#.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve automation failures.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with API testing and automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated test execution pipelines.

Responsibilities

Job Description – QA Automation Engineer Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation using the C# framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing automated regression suites, troubleshooting test automation issues, and ensuring high-quality software releases through effective test automation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have

• Exposure to USA Medical Sampling Order Management processes and workflows.
