Job Overview

The Quality Assurance & Systems team provides value add by implementing and/or maintaining divisional QA systems, guidelines, tools or test procedures for assigned operations. It develops, aligns and ensures implementation of QA budgets, assigns and monitors projects and allocates resources. It plans, creates and moderates FMEA processes for product development and production operations. It leads audits to ensure products meet both own and customer's quality and product integrity requirements. It supports operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process. It manages customer claims, identifies root causes of problems, and recommends corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain divisional QA systems, guidelines, tools or test procedures for assigned operations.
• Develop, align and ensure implementation of QA budgets, assign and monitor projects, and allocate resources.
• Plan, create and moderate FMEA processes for product development and production operations.
• Lead audits to ensure products meet both own and customer's quality and product integrity requirements.
• Support operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
• Manage customer claims, identify root causes of problems, and recommend corrective measures.
• Lead local projects or workstreams (often labeled as C- Projects), briefing and cooperating with external providers, monitoring the service level, deliveries, and related cost.
• Provide local support and consultancy on dedicated technical systems, acting as 'System or Product Owner'.
• Contribute to the planning, design, realization and/or implementation phase of regional or global investments.

Job Level Requirements

• Knowledge of measurement and calibration techniques, environment test laboratory, and failure analysis.
• Apply senior engineering know-how, methods, tools and principles on a range of technical subjects.
• Analyze deficiencies and propose technical improvements for processes and infrastructure systems.
• Plan, prepare and realize infrastructure implementation (e.g., planning, programming, configuring and/or installing or commissioning assigned systems or applications).
