Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Bengaluru is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of key software and hardware systems. You will lead QA initiatives, develop automated test frameworks, and collaborate with development teams for early issue detection. The candidate should have extensive experience in the QA field and strong skills in test automation and programming. This role is contract-based for 5 months with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Mentor mid‑level and junior QA engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software QA, including leadership of testing initiatives.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, or similar).
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and test management systems (Jira, TestRail).
• Proficient in API, performance, and regression testing.

Contract: 5 months (with potential 12‑month extension based on performance)
