ROLE

• Maintain 5S standards on the production floor.
• Execute and maintain records for Cell Level Voltage & IR verification, linked to serial numbers for each model and project.
• Perform welding inspection and maintain corresponding records by serial number.
• Execute final quality inspection and maintain records per serial number.
• Process BMS testing and maintain records by serial number.
• Test inverter‑less, BMS, GPRS, DC‑DC adaptor, DPAU150W, IL Series, and Dash products.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of production floor equipment.
• Meet stage‑wise production targets greater than 95%.
• Escalate non‑conformance of material, tools, equipment, and in‑process rejections to the appropriate team members.
• Keep material in‑process rejection rate below 0.5%.
• Verify and validate new products in production for the first five units.
• Debug and root‑cause non‑conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
