Job summary

Emergeus Staffing Solution is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead daily electronics manufacturing operations in Gurugram, India. You will oversee assembly lines, soldering, testing, and packaging, ensuring targets are met with quality and cost controls.

With 4–10 years of experience, you will optimize manpower and machinery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices. Strong IPC/ESD familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering is required.
• 4–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of assembly, PCB testing, soldering, and production processes.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, ESD controls, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations in electronics manufacturing and assembly lines.
• Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery parameters.
• Manage soldering, testing, assembly, and packaging operations efficiently.
• Monitor production planning and coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth workflow.
• Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection, rework, and downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma.
• Lead root cause analysis for production and process-related issues and implement CAPA.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery parameters.
• Manage Soldering, testing, assembly, and packaging operations efficiently.
• Monitor production planning and coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth workflow.
• Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection, rework, and downtime.
• Ensure adherence to IPC standards, ESD controls, safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma.
• Lead root cause analysis for production and process-related issues and implement CAPA.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and engineering changes.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment breakdown.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, production reports, MIS, and process documentation.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Engineering teams to improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 4–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
