Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, seeks a manufacturing planning professional to coordinate activities and manpower loading as per norms. You will follow established processes to sustain product quality and drive productivity improvements.

The role requires hands-on planning of materials, recording non-conformities with CAPA, and ensuring optimal utilization of plant assets and manpower per CGPS to maximize OEE.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical machines (transformers) and mechanical/ electrical engineering.
• Welding and metal fabrication knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Experience in manpower handling and team coordination.
