Responsibilities

• Float enquiries to supplier for each item group, receive quotations from suppliers & negotiate rates.
• Evaluating techno- commercial bids, terms & conditions for better negotiation of price, terms & conditions.
• Co-ordinate up with vendors for timely delivery of goods.
• Submitting offers for products during pre-order stage.
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams.
• To reduce the dependency on a single vendor for optimizing quality, delivery period & credit.
• Spend Analysis/ Budget.
• Reduce the TAT of operations for other stake holders-Internal & External involved in Business.
