• Vendor facilitation: Gate pass preparation, Site work permits, Co-ordination with Use dept, EHS.
• Scafollding arrangement as per site req.
• Work permits, i.e. Working at height, Hot work facilitate to vendor.
• Preparation of HEERA, Job Safety Analysis, Management of Change document preparation.
• Work execution and CAPEX handover to User dept.
• Physical assets verification and update to F&A.
• Coordination with Central services team for civil and office furniture related work.
