Job summary

PeopleStrong in Mandvi, Gujarat is seeking a Supervisor for Plant Engineering & Maintenance. You will oversee maintenance of heavy CNC machines, ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance, and coordinate with SAP/ERP for requisitions.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, a Diploma, and the ability to work in shifts and at height to keep cranes and utilities running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Hands on maintenance of heavy duty CNC machines (Juaristi HBMs, HNK VTL/VTC, Goratu TMC/HTL).
• Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Utilize SAP/ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
• Maintain material handling equipment like EOT and Wall travelling cranes, transfer trolleys, forklift, stackers, and Genie/Snorkel lifters.
• Maintain utilities equipment like compressors, pneumatic tools and electrical grinders.
• Follow ISO, OHSAS, EMS and Kaizen/TPM/5S practices.
• Work with electrical tools: multimeter, clamp meter, earth tester, magger.
• Work in shifts and at heights to maintain cranes.
