Freyr Energy is seeking an experienced Solar Plant O&M technician to maintain rooftop and ground-mounted installations in the Hyderabad region. You will follow the maintenance schedule, diagnose service requests, and educate customers on plant operation and basic upkeep to ensure satisfaction.

You will submit daily status reports, adhere to SOPs, conduct quality inspections, and perform regular site visits to identify and rectify faults for optimal performance.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in execution/O&M of solar plants.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take accountability for assignments.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Preferable to own a two-wheeler for ease of transport.

• Brief customers on the operation of the solar plant and basic maintenance practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily status reports to the reporting manager on all assigned tasks and site activities.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, including the completion of all required documentation at various stages of project execution.
• Conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with pre-defined quality parameters during post-installation inspections and audits.
• Carry out physical audits of completed residential solar plants to verify installation quality and performance standards.
• Visit assigned sites regularly to identify and rectify faults, ensuring optimum plant performance and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
