Job summary

Tata Communications in Maharashtra is seeking an IT operations professional to drive day-to-day IT operations and ensure quality outcomes. This is an operational role that may require guidance to deliver reliable services.

The candidate should have a graduate degree with 0–4 years of experience in Zabbix and Linux, plus knowledge of monitoring, AWS and Azure. You will manage the IT help desk, respond to requests, install and configure hardware and software, and generate reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT help desktop support team and end users.
• Identify, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer requests effectively and communicate with them to address issues.
• Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software to latest version.
• Monitors and tracks helpdesk requests.
• Provides applications support for internal requests.
• Reports and escalates issues to the supervisor and coordinates with internal teams.
• Generates various kinds of reports related to no. of tickets raised etc.
• Conducts activities such as preliminary research, analytics, and documentation.
