Megha Engineering And Infrastructure in Maharashtra, India seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee and drive maintenance activities across multiple plant sites. The role focuses on corrective and preventive maintenance, incident reporting, and ensuring timely completion of routine tasks.

Responsibilities include monitoring site teams, SCADA reporting, spare part logistics, warranty coordination with OEMs, and strict adherence to EHS procedures.

• Execution & Monitoring of corrective & preventive maintenance activities, closure of ticket and proper reporting
• Operational Stabilization & HOTO of new plants
• Ensure timely completion and reporting of regular activities like module cleaning, grass cutting etc.
• Monitoring day-to-day work by site teams, proper SCADA monitoring, timely and correct reports DGR, other MIS reports
• Spares – Arrange logistics, ensure timely availability of required spares at site, consumption monitoring
• Warranty management – Monitoring and follow-up with OEM suppliers
• Ensure EHS compliance – PTW, LOTO, Tool Box Talk, Mock drill etc.
• Overall Administrative management of respective Cluster (40 MW – 80 MW) – Guest house, Vehicle etc.

Role & responsibilities

Overall responsibilities to achieve KPIs- PR, CUF / Generation, Reactive power, PA & GA, TL loss, EHS etc.)

Execution & Monitoring of corrective & preventive maintenance activities, closure of ticket and proper reporting

Operational Stabilization & HOTO of new plants

Ensure timely completion and reporting of regular activities like module cleaning, grass cutting etc.

Monitoring day-to-day work by site teams, proper SCADA monitoring, timely and correct reports DGR, other MIS reports

Surveillance visits to plants to ensure attendance, housekeeping, security system, quality of O&M work

Spares – Arrange logistics, ensure timely availability of required spares at site, consumption monitoring

Warranty management – Monitoring and follow-up with OEM suppliers

Ensure EHS compliance – PTW, LOTO, Tool Box Talk, Mock drill etc.

Overall Administrative management of respective Cluster (40 MW – 80 MW) – Guest house, Vehicle etc.
