Job summary

Megha Engineering And Infrastructure is seeking a maintenance professional responsible for planning and executing corrective and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring timely closure of tickets and accurate reporting. The role includes operational stabilization and HOTO of new plants, plus ensuring availability of tools and spares.

You will monitor day-to-day site team work, generate MIS reports, conduct surveillance visits, perform RCAs, and train technicians on OJT activities to maintain

• Must have hands-on experience in maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to manage tickets, reports and MIS data.

Responsibilities

• Planning & execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities, closure of tickets and reporting.
• Operational stabilization and HOTO of new plants.
• Ensure availability of tools, consumables and spares for PM and breakdowns.
• Ensure timely completion and reporting of routine tasks (module cleaning, grass cutting).
• Monitor day-to-day work by site teams and prepare DGR and other MIS reports.
• Supervise surveillance visits to plants for attendance, housekeeping, security, and O&M quality.
• Root Cause Analysis of failures and reporting.
• Train technicians and supervisors on various activities (OJT).

Role & responsibilities

Surveillance visits to plants to ensure attendance, housekeeping, security system, quality of O&M work

RCA of failure & reporting

Train technicians / supervisors on various activities - OJT
