Job summary

KP Group in Gujarat seeks an experienced O&M engineer for solar power plants. You will monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency, and analyse SCADA data to drive performance improvements.

You will lead maintenance of PV modules, inverters, and transformers; minimize downtime through troubleshooting; manage spares; enforce HSE standards; supervise teams and coordinate with vendors, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising O&M teams and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
