Job summary

Husk Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced O&M engineer to manage 3 clusters (~50–60 sites).

You will monitor plants daily, coordinate with OEMs, and ensure timely preventive maintenance of solar, battery, DG, inverter, and transmission lines. You’ll also train Technicians and Supervisors, connect new customers, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards. The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, 5+ years of O&M experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical field required.
• Minimum 5 years of O&M experience.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data.
• Willing to reside and work in rural/sub-urban areas.
• Role based in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least 3 clusters (~50–60 sites).
• Daily monitor of plants to ensure smooth operation.
• Raise tickets to OEMs and follow up for quick rectification.
• Maintain MTTR and MTBF of the system, DG and transmission lines.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of solar, battery, DG, inverter, and lines.
• Monthly training of Technicians and Supervisors.
• Ensure timely connection of new customers.
• Complete maintenance work on schedule with quality.
• Inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operation and Maintenance of at least 3 Clusters ( approx. 50 to 60 sites )
• Daily Monitoring of Operational Plants and ensure smooth Operation of Plants
• Initiate Ticket to OEMs and follow up for early rectification.
• Maintain MTTR ,MTBF of System ,DG and Transmission line as per SOP
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance of solar, battery, DG, inverter and transmission line
• Monthly train Technicians and Supervisors on their role and responsibilities.
• Ensure timely connection of new customers
• Ensuring Maintenance work is completed on schedule with quality.
• Inventory Management
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical
• At least 5 years exp in O&M
• Knowledge of Excel
• Work and stay in rural/Sub Urban areas.
