Motherson Group is seeking a seasoned professional for Modules & Polymer operations in Gujarat. The candidate will apply 7-8 years of shop-floor experience, provide process knowledge, and drive ERP-based tracking and SPC-driven improvements in a leading automotive setting.

Key responsibilities include shift planning, action plan execution, and strict adherence to IATF/ISO standards. You will collaborate with the HOD and teams to mentor staff and enhance production efficiency.

Competenze

• Experience of 7-8 years in manufacturing/operations.
• Process knowledge of production lines.
• ERP operating system familiarity.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Awareness of IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with WO steps 0–7.

• Deploy basic shop floor rules and discipline and audit the area regularly.
• Shift planning as per PPC to meet daily deliverables.
• Execute action plans to achieve operation objective parameters.
• Identify areas for improvement in cycle time; analyze data and create long/short term action plans.
• Work with the HOD to identify training needs for team leaders and development of team.
• Conduct shift start meetings with Team leaders and operators as per agenda.
• Drive the Setup Reduction program.
• Ensure implementation of Andon escalation procedure to identify rejections on time and drive problem solving.
• Adhere to established process standards and the control plan.
• Lead in execution of WO methodology.
• On-time declaration of finished parts in ERP and inventory analysis.
• Lead projects from E Matrix and develop the team.
• Follow IATF and ISO procedures in day-to-day work (NC products, CAPA, Andon).

What we are looking for

• 1.Deploy basic shop floor rules and discipline and audit the area regularly.

• 3.Execute the action plan decided to achieve the Operation objective parameters for the department.
• 4.Identifying the area for improvement in terms of cycle time, analyzing data and making action plan (Long Term & Short Term)for the same & execution of action.

• 6.Conduct shift start meeting with Team leader and operator as per Meeting Agenda.
• 7.Drive the Set up reduction program.
• 8.Ensure the implementation of the andon escalation procedure to identtify the rejection on time and drive the problem solving.
• 9.Adhere to established process standards and the control plan.

• 12.Lead the project coming from E Matrix and Devlop the Team
