Job summary

Motherson Technology Services Limited (MTSL) is seeking an experienced professional to optimize inventory management and material flow in the Modules & Polymer division. You will focus on finishing goods, packaging, and on-time delivery within a leading automotive organization.

The role requires 5-8 years experience, knowledge of WCL feeding and standard call-off, and adherence to IATF/ISO procedures to ensure 100% delivery rating across customers.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with 5S audits and owning areas.
• Strong inventory management knowledge and perpetual tracking.
• Experience with Hi-Junka and material feeding processes.
• Knowledge of VSM (value stream mapping).
• Proven problem-solving techniques and root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of customer delivery rating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of finish goods.
• Monitor and minimize overflows in finish goods.
• Ensure FIFO adherence and smooth internal/external flows.
• Follow IATF and ISO procedures in day-to-day work (NC, CAPA, Andon).
• Address packaging material feeding with standard call-off and WCL feeding.
