Responsibilities

• Track project timelines in MS Project and monitor milestones.

• Track project timelines in MS Project and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality and Production to meet project timing.
• Share customer requirements internally and follow up on timely completion.
• Circulate the open points list (LOP), support APQP meetings, and follow up on closure.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and escalate issues until resolved.
• Monitor tooling, raw material and manufacturing readiness, and support customer builds and sample submissions.
• Hands-on exposure to the full automotive project lifecycle, from tooling to customer builds.
• Direct interaction with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Structured on-the-job learning in project management and APQP.
• Competitive trainee compensation as per company norms.
• Clear growth path in project management within the automotive lighting industry.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Industrial Engineering (fresher).
• Basic knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of APQP and automotive product development (preferred).
• Eager to learn, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
