Job summary

TechM Blr ECITY is seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong Aerospace and Defense background to steer a team of engineers through complex programs.

You will oversee planning, execution and delivery, mentor engineers, ensure safety and quality compliance, and act as the primary technical liaison with clients to drive innovation and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant Aerospace/Defense experience.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with PMP or Agile certifications is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Aerospace and Defense. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industry, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
