Job summary

Advancetech Control is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Application Engineer to support defence, aerospace, and research organisations from system level to element level. You will collaborate with design, production, and engineering teams to solve customer design challenges.

The ideal candidate has 2–7 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to train junior engineers while contributing to new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the defence, aerospace, or research industry.
• Strong understanding of system-level design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
