TAAS Partners seeks a senior marketing leader to own the full GTM surface, not just execute within it. This role reports directly to the founders and shapes how We Go To Market across positioning, pipeline, brand, and team.
You will be the senior marketing hire in a US-centric motion, building the function, channels, and a high-impact demand engine to drive 4x growth in the coming year.
Series A setup, raised over USD 15Mn and looking to grow revenue by 4X in the next 12 months
We sell to CFOs / Controllers / Accountants and other finance operators who have seen every pitch and don't have time for noise. The buying decision hinges on whether they immediately understand the pain we solve, trust that we solve it better than anyone else, and feel confident enough to bring us into their stack.
That's marketing's job. Not just to communicate the product — but to make the buying decision feel obvious, and to build the engine that brings the right buyers to that decision in the first place.
We've built a strong foundation: a differentiated product, early US traction, and a sales motion that's working. What we're investing in now is the layer that makes all of it compound — sharper positioning, stronger pipeline channels, better-enabled sellers, and a brand that earns credibility before the first call.
We're looking for a senior marketing leader who can own the full GTM surface — not just execute within it. This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook. It's a role for someone who writes one.
You'll be the senior marketing hire in a US-centric motion, reporting directly to the founders to shape how We Go TO Market — across positioning, pipeline, brand, and team.
We have found product–market fit and built a repeatable sales motion. Our GTM is already working — a 20-member demand engine and revenue that has doubled in the last 6 months. More than 70% of our customer base is in the US, and we're on track to 4x growth this year.
We've built the foundation. Now we need someone to own how the world finds, understands, and buys our Product — and to build the team and channels that make that repeatable.
That means sharpening positioning as we move upmarket, owning pipeline targets across organic and other channels, building out the marketing function (team, agencies, and vendors) into a true competitive advantage, and supporting the sales motion end to end. You'll inherit a team, real traction, and a product that solves a genuine pain. What's missing is the senior voice that ties it all together — and the operator who can scale the function itself.
