Job description

Series A setup, raised over USD 15Mn and looking to grow revenue by 4X in the next 12 months

We sell to CFOs / Controllers / Accountants and other finance operators who have seen every pitch and don't have time for noise. The buying decision hinges on whether they immediately understand the pain we solve, trust that we solve it better than anyone else, and feel confident enough to bring us into their stack.

That's marketing's job. Not just to communicate the product — but to make the buying decision feel obvious, and to build the engine that brings the right buyers to that decision in the first place.

We've built a strong foundation: a differentiated product, early US traction, and a sales motion that's working. What we're investing in now is the layer that makes all of it compound — sharper positioning, stronger pipeline channels, better-enabled sellers, and a brand that earns credibility before the first call.

About this role

We're looking for a senior marketing leader who can own the full GTM surface — not just execute within it. This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook. It's a role for someone who writes one.

You'll be the senior marketing hire in a US-centric motion, reporting directly to the founders to shape how We Go TO Market — across positioning, pipeline, brand, and team.

Why this role exists now

We have found product–market fit and built a repeatable sales motion. Our GTM is already working — a 20-member demand engine and revenue that has doubled in the last 6 months. More than 70% of our customer base is in the US, and we're on track to 4x growth this year.

We've built the foundation. Now we need someone to own how the world finds, understands, and buys our Product — and to build the team and channels that make that repeatable.

That means sharpening positioning as we move upmarket, owning pipeline targets across organic and other channels, building out the marketing function (team, agencies, and vendors) into a true competitive advantage, and supporting the sales motion end to end. You'll inherit a team, real traction, and a product that solves a genuine pain. What's missing is the senior voice that ties it all together — and the operator who can scale the function itself.

Your responsibilities
  • Team & function building - Hire, manage, and grow the marketing team — currently 2 PMMs, 2 designers, and 1 marketing ops, with room to add content, demand gen, and other specialists as the function scales. Identify where to build in-house vs. bring in agencies or contractors, and manage those external relationships directly.
  • Pipeline ownership - Own a pipeline or revenue target across marketing-sourced channels. Build the reporting and forecasting to track channel performance against that target, and reallocate spend and effort based on what's working.
  • Positioning, Messaging & Brand Identity - Own the overall brand, identity, and market positioning. Deeply understand our finance buyers through research to craft compelling messaging that differentiates us, elevates our brand presence, and makes the buying decision effortless.
  • Sales enablement - Own the full enablement loop — win/loss analysis, competitive collateral, and hands-on training for AE and BD teams on positioning, features, differentiation, and pitch.
  • Brand & collateral - Own the full collateral surface — website, one-pagers, demo decks, videos, case studies, battle cards, and blogs. Drive CRO by identifying gaps across the funnel and running experiments. Lead organic review campaigns on G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Network
  • Founder & social brand - Build and grow founder branding as a distribution channel. Create social buzz that puts us on the map with the right audience.
  • Organic, SEO & content - Own the organic pipeline channel end-to-end. Drive the SEO and AEO strategy, manage keyword research and on/off-site optimization, and lead a team of content marketers, writers, SMEs, and agencies/interns supporting content production.
  • GTM & launches - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches — messaging, content, and cross-functional coordination — optimizing for win rates, revenue impact, and organic lead generation.
  • Analyst relations - Build this function from scratch. Identify the right analyst firms to engage, negotiate to get the best deals, establish best practices for ongoing relationships, and drive ROI from analyst conversations across GTM, product, and sales contexts.
Key Qualifications
Must-have
  • Minimum 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least one role where you owned a pipeline or revenue target with an allocated budget
  • Proven track record owning positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that moved pipeline
  • Built or scaled at least one channel — events/brand, SEO/organic, social/founder brand, or analyst relations
  • Hired and managed a team, including a mix of in-house hires and external agencies / contractors
  • Experience marketing to US buyers
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing externally — events, webinars, analyst calls
Good To Have
  • Early-stage (110) experience — you've scaled something that already had traction, including building a team from a small base
  • Experience marketing to CFO, Controller, or finance personas
  • Familiarity with billing, CPQ, revenue recognition, or adjacent fintech infrastructure
