Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support CRM and business processes.

You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, and Service Cloud to deliver scalable integrations and robust automation. Collaboration with product owners, analysts, and IT teams is essential for our digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer, IT or a related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Asynchronous Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Working knowledge of Copado deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Should have sound knowledge of REST API integration.
• Implement solution designs and configurations based on business requirements; knowledge of Service Cloud.
• Build and support integration between Salesforce and other systems.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and test artifacts.
• Follow change management, coding standards, and best practices; Copado deployment.

The department's core objective is to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support AGCO’s business processes and digital transformation initiatives. It contributes by delivering scalable CRM capabilities, improving customer engagement, streamlining operations, and enabling business growth through Salesforce technology. The department works closely with Business Teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Operations teams. It receives business requirements from stakeholders (upstream) and delivers Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation solutions that support sales, service, marketing, and other business functions (downstream)

Your Impact

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Should have sound knowledge of REST API integration
