Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Salesforce Agent Force Administrator to configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, including Lead Capture, Lead-to-Opportunity, and Retail Discount Management. The role emphasizes Agent Force and Data Cloud, backed by Salesforce administration and Flow capabilities.

You will manage agents, topics, prompts, and sources of knowledge, while configuring and supporting Data Cloud use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent or relevant experience.
• 3-5 years Salesforce experience in an Administrator/configuration-focused role, preferably with Sales Cloud and Agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on Agent Force experience with agents, topics, instructions, actions, and prompts.
• Intermediate to advanced Data Cloud knowledge, particularly for Agent Force use cases.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills across Salesforce, including objects, fields, permissions, access, testing, and issue resolution.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 3-5 years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or configuration-focused role, preferably with Sales Cloud and Agile delivery teams
• Hands-on Agent force experience with agents, topics, instructions, actions, and prompts.
• Intermediate to advanced Data Cloud knowledge, particularly for Agent force use cases.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills across Salesforce, including objects, fields, permissions, access, testing, and issue resolution.
