Job summary

AGCO Corporation seeks a senior Solution Architect to own the Customer Platform architecture in Bengaluru. You will define data-centric designs, master data management, consent, and Customer 360, while ensuring secure integrations and compliance across enterprise systems.

You will drive scalable architecture, provide implementation guidance, and collaborate with security, governance, and analytics teams to deliver reliable, future-ready customer data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Eng or related field; 6–8 years of solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDP, MDM concepts and data governance.
• Experience with Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks or similar platforms.
• Strong integration, cloud and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Knowledge of APIs, data exchange patterns and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Platform architecture design including identity, master data, consent, and 360-degree view.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure platform designs.
• Define target architectures, integration patterns, data flows, and implementation guidance.
• Ensure alignment with governance, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
• Drive modernization, documentation, and knowledge transfer for future-ready capabilities.

The department's core objective is to build and govern AGCO’s Customer Platform, ensuring trusted, high-quality customer data across the organization. It enables customer-centric business processes, analytics, marketing, CRM, AI, and digital solutions by providing a single, reliable source of customer information. The department collaborates closely with Business Teams, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital Product teams. It receives customer data requirements from business stakeholders (upstream) and delivers trusted customer data products and integrations to CRM, analytics, AI, dealer systems, and customer-facing applications (downstream).

Your Impact

• Lead the Customer Platform architecture design, including customer identity, master data, consent, Customer 360, integration, and data consumption.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform designs.
• Define target architectures, integration patterns, data flows, technical decisions, and implementation guidance across Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks, and related services.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Drive simplification, reuse, modernization, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to support reliable, future-ready customer data capabilities.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered 6-8 years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong integration, cloud, and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of system integration methods, APIs, data exchange patterns, security contr- ols, architecture documentation.
