Job summary

AGCO seeks a Solution Architect for Customer Data to lead the design and governance of the Customer Platform in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building a trusted data foundation for analytics, CRM, marketing, and digital products across the organization.

You will drive architecture decisions, data flows, and integrations with platforms like Reltio, Salesforce, and Databricks, while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong integration, cloud, and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of system integration methods, APIs, data exchange patterns, security controls, architecture documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Platform architecture design, including identity, master data, consent, 360 view.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure platform designs.
• Define target architectures, integration patterns, data flows, technical decisions, and implementation guidance across services.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Drive simplification, reuse, modernization, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

The department's core objective is to build and govern AGCO’s Customer Platform, ensuring trusted, high-quality customer data across the organization. It enables customer-centric business processes, analytics, marketing, CRM, AI, and digital solutions by providing a single, reliable source of customer information.The department collaborates closely with Business Teams, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital Product teams. It receives customer data requirements from business stakeholders (upstream) and delivers trusted customer data products and integrations to CRM, analytics, AI, dealer systems, and customer-facing applications (downstream).

Your Impact

• Lead the Customer Platform architecture design, including customer identity, master data, consent, Customer 360, integration, and data consumption.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform designs.
• Define target architectures, integration patterns, data flows, technical decisions, and implementation guidance across Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks, and related services.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Drive simplification, reuse, modernization, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to support reliable, future-ready customer data capabilities.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered 6-8 years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Strong integration, cloud, and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of system integration methods, APIs, data exchange patterns, security contr - ols , architecture documentation,
