Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a Sr. Developer for Enterprise Application with a Salesforce focus. You will extend and optimize managed packages, build custom layers atop third-party apps, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise-scale packages.

Responsibilities include Apex/LWC development, package upgrade management, DevOps governance, and UI/UX customization. Strong FSL knowledge, REST/SOAP integration, and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant engineering field with Salesforce focus.
• Hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and FSL.
• Strong API integration skills (REST/SOAP) and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tooling for Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale managed packages.
• Architect custom visual workflows and Leankor integrations within Kanban, Gantt, resources.
• Develop Apex and LWC that interact with package objects and metadata.
• Plan package upgrades with impact analysis to avoid downtime or regressions.
• Enforce Namespace Prefix rules and robust error handling across boundaries.
• Design UI with Field Sets, Custom Settings and LWC for bespoke user experiences.
• Model complex data relationships across standard, custom, and package entities.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
