Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead - Application Development N with strong Salesforce (SFDC) expertise for a hybrid role at the Noida-based Assotech Business Cresterra campus.

The candidate will own technical deliveries, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers while driving CI/CD and release management. The role requires extensive Java, JavaScript, Lightning, LWC, and Apex experience, with REST/SOAP integrations, AI tool familiarity in SDLC, and a solid grounding in OOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Experience with SFDC (Admin, VSF, APX) and Salesforce integration.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning, LWC, Aura, and APEX code.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; REST/SOAP integrations.
• Exposure to AI tools in SDLC (Claude, Codex, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with version control and CI/CD processes.

• Owns technical deliveries and provides continuous feedback to project plan.
• Coordinates with functional and technical stakeholders.
• Reviews and co-owns specs including architectures and integration plans.
• Translates user stories into feasible Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features.
