Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad invites applications for the role of Senior Consultant - Enterprise Application. The position focuses on Workday HCM technical consulting, report development, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.

You will work on Workday EIB and Web Services, including XML and XSLT, and collaborate on ERP project delivery. Fluency in English is required, with a strong background in security and data handling for sensitive HR information.

Qualifications

• BE/MBA/M.Tech with Workday technical experience.
• Knowledge of BERT, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI mandatory.
• Experience handling PII/Confidential data; security configuration in Workday.
• Hands-on Workday integration experience with EIB; Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT.
• Functional knowledge across HR modules; English fluency required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report development to meet business process requirements.
• Understanding of Workday integration execution/launch parameters; develop integrations (EIB, APIs).
• Project management experience for ERP deployments.
