Sr Developer role in a hybrid day shift model focusing on designing building and optimizing enterprise applications using Kafka Bootstrap and Camunda BPM while applying robust engineering practices. Responsibilities

• Design highly scalable event driven services using Kafka that enable reliable data streaming across critical enterprise applications and directly support key business workflows in asset and wealth management.
• Develop and enhance responsive front end interfaces using Bootstrap that provide intuitive user experiences for internal and external stakeholders and improve operational efficiency across advisory and investment processes.
• Implement and optimize business workflows using Camunda BPM by modeling complex processes configuring rules and managing task lifecycles to reduce manual effort and improve straight through processing.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to refine technical solutions that align with hybrid work practices and day shift collaboration windows while ensuring consistent delivery quality across distributed teams.
• Integrate Kafka based messaging layers with existing application ecosystems to enable secure data exchange improve system decoupling and support future expansion of digital channels and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Exhibit strong skills in creating responsive accessible and maintainable user interfaces using Bootstrap including grid systems component customization and cross browser considerations within large enterprise projects.
• Show proven proficiency in Camunda BPM including process modeling configuration of task lifecycles usage of decision models and integration with application services to deliver reliable workflow automation.

Certifications Required
